📍We are hiring a Social Media Lead in Brussels or Paris.

The Social Lead, boasting at least 4 years of experience, has worked in agencies with a significant social focus. They will coordinate a team consisting of a data analyst, a community manager and creatives.
The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:
– Ability to develop an editorial strategy for a brand, including defining social communication guidelines, channel strategy, and editorial coordination.
– A deep passion for the social world and an understanding of its dynamics, logic, and trends.
– Ability to “create culture” by providing vision to the entire agency.
– Experience in coordinating a team and managing the resources of a team composed of a data analyst, a community manager and creatives.
– Direct dialogue with clients and responsibility for managing workflow, reporting, and strategic comparisons.
– 4+ years of agency experience with a robust social focus.
